Pom dance is often confused with cheerleading- it has a similar structure, but focuses more on dancing than gymnastics. Acro dance combines acrobatics with dance structure. Together with creative influences, these modern dance styles encourage flexibility, balance, sense of movements and coordination in students while having fun and growing their imaginations. Students learn group coordination in an energizing class dynamic.
